Jesus promised when he left the earth that He would send the Holy Spirit to be their guide (John 16:13). The Holy Ghost is given to those who obey (Acts 5:32). <\/p>\n<p>They usually refer to the Holy Spirit as an object (<em>it<\/em>) and not as a person (<em>He<\/em>). They do not view the Holy Spirit as <em>God the Spirit<\/em>, the third part of the trinity. They believe the Spirit is the presence of God that comes and goes in a believer, depending on their actions.<\/p>\n<p>The spirit is also viewed as the demeanor or attitude of the individual. Hence the <em>bad spirit<\/em> label is applied to those not in the good graces of the Workers. A <em>right spirit<\/em> is a desirable, proper attitude, demeanor, respect and submission, particularly toward the Workers. <\/p>\n<p>Worker Quote: <em>We trust in the Holy Spirit, we are a Spirit-led people and we follow a Spirit-led ministry.
